Annual fees (42 week contract): £5,703.60
Annual car parking permit (limited spaces): £370
Annual motorbike parking permit: £200

You must pay an advanced booking payment of £50 when you apply. You need to pay this to reserve your room. This will be deducted off your first term's rent.
