More about BICEP from the 2023/24 intake:

What previous BICEP students have to say:

I highly recommend joining. I expanded my network, learned from brilliant people, gained more self-confidence and I feel more ready now for my life after I graduate in couple days! I do wish I had had BICEP in my first year of uni! This is a really good thing the university is doing!

Definitely take part. You'll meet a lot of new people, and grow your network!

I would say what I said to myself when applying for this programme: you have nothing to lose and all to gain. Do not let fear or anxiety of networking and meeting new people hinder your personal development. So even if you may be scared, do it afraid. Incentives like this are advertised less after university. So when you have the opportunity, take it and be confident in yourself and your potential. Plus, once you see the plethora of your peers and mentors, you would realise that you are surrounded by an incredible group of people who also look like you! Which in itself is motivating enough. Enjoy!

Do it! It’s been an incredible experience and I loved how open and and easy the mentors are to speak to. They have gone through your steps and so can offer helpful advice and strategies.
