Due to limited availability of this facility, we can only visit schools that meet specific Widening Participation criteria. Qualifying schools must rank highly in terms of levels of social deprivation and sit within communities with low progression rates to Higher Education. We visit schools within a 10km / 30 minutes driving range from our University Park Campus.

If you are an eligible Primary School you will be offered the opportunity to express an interest in the Inflativerse directly by the Widening Participation team.

If you are a local Secondary School and think you meet the above criteria, please contact primary-outreach[at]nottingham.ac.uk to check your eligibility. If you are eligible, your e-mail will be forwarded to the Inflativerse team who will contact you in due course.

If you are running a local public outreach event and would like to enquire about our availability please email us at planetarium[at]nottingham.ac.uk. Please note that we have limited availability during university holidays as our undergraduate volunteers are not around.

Please note that as the managers of the Inflativerse are all full-time PhD students at the university it may take some time for us to get back to you. We usually meet once a week to reply to emails.
