When there's a single person in a role, capitalise their job title.
This means we write Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Pro-Vice-Chancellor:

The full official title is actually President and Vice-Chancellor but it's fine to shorten this to Vice-Chancellor apart from in very formal contexts. See voice and tone for more on formality.
