This executive masterclass is organised by Executive Education at Nottingham University Business School and its Inclusive Leadership Executive Education programme.
This first 2025 masterclass will support organisational decision-makers in developing meaningful inclusive leadership practices that benefit everyone. Led by Dr Andri Georgiadou, Director of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at the Nottingham University Business School, the session introduces participants to the thoughtfully developed VOICE (Valued, Open, Independent, Connected, Empowered) framework — an approach to inclusive leadership that nurtures organisational wellbeing.
Through collaborative learning and reflective discussion, participants will gain insights into their current practices whilst exploring opportunities for growth. The masterclass offers practical approaches to creating environments where everyone feels valued, addressing unconscious bias, and weaving inclusive practices into the organisation's culture.
The session serves as an introduction to our Inclusive Leadership Executive Education programme, offering pathways to nurturing more inclusive organisational cultures.
This masterclass welcomes organisational leaders keen to develop their inclusive leadership practices and contribute to positive organisational change.
Participants will gain practical insights and approaches to foster environments where everyone can contribute fully and meaningfully.
