Join our masterclass on UK Business Tax Obligations: Some Basics and learn about the UK taxes that are relevant to different types of organisations.
The masterclass will provide an overview of the UK taxes that are relevant to different types of business organisations. It will cover the different types of business organisations that currently exist, and in particular will consider the tax obligations of sole traders, companies (various kinds), and partnerships. Key current issues in term of digitalisation and artificial intelligence (AI) will be addressed. The main learning objective will be to ensure that delegates go away knowing that they need to think about tax before taking any business decision whatsoever, rather than deal with it post-decision as a 'damage limitation' exercise, and that obtaining appropriate tax advice from an adviser qualified to give it is crucial. There will also be time for questions.
Benefits
The session is aimed at people starting a business (or who have just done so), to lay out the tax pitfalls and problems that are likely to be encountered if people do not think about tax issues sufficiently early and as part of their overall business planning. The session will be relevant to most types of business endeavours in reference to outlining business/personal tax obligations.
