Davide Pero is Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations. He joined the School in 2014. Previously he was Lecturer in Sociology in the School of Sociology and Social Policy (University of Nottingham) and Research Fellow in the ESRC Centre on Migration Policy and Society (University of Oxford). He has published widely on various aspects of migrant workers' incorporation. He has extensive teaching experience in the areas of diversity, multiculturalism and qualitative research methods at UG and PG level and has supervised 5 PhD Students to completion.
