Description: Every year in the UK, there are around 750,000 new startups and the failure rate is high, with 20% failing within their first year, 60% not making it past their third year and only a third still trading after five years. This does not mean it’s impossible to have a successful startup, but it does mean that to be successful, entrepreneurs must be aware of the most common pitfalls of running a startup. Join Phil as he shares his real-world experience of working with entrepreneurs, where they went wrong and what they could have done differently.
