Ingenuity Lab: Scale 2025

Scale is an accelerator programme designed to equip Ingenuity Lab businesses to take their ventures to the next level, which is delivered over the summer of each academic year. Participants attend five 3-hour weekly training sessions, which include a combination of teaching, facilitation, peer-to-peer learning, and an opportunity to pitch for investment. The programme consists of the following sessions:       

• Business planning, including an introduction to Business Model Canvas software                                                                                                       
• Human resources
• Sales and marketing
• Finance
• Consolidation of learning with Entrepreneurs in Residence
