Description: We each interpret information and react to situations differently (e.g., creative yet lacking attention to detail, detail-oriented yet unaware of the bigger picture.) We process information in our brains - and each brain works differently - in essence, we have our own “thinking style.” Herrmann International defines Whole Brain Thinking this way: “The awareness of one’s own thinking style and the thinking styles of others, combined with the ability to act outside of one’s preferred thinking style, is known as Whole Brain Thinking.”
In this interactive and highly participative face-to-face workshop, you will find out more about Whole-Brained thinking. You will play a card game that gives you insight into your own thinking preferences. And you will learn how to improve your communication style to be more inclusive of others with different preferences.
