Dr Maniam is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at Nottingham University Business School Malaysia. He has had 20 years of experience in teaching and corporate training. His areas of expertise include human resource management, public sector project management and research methods. He has conducted training programmes for both management teams of corporate and government clients and has extensively presented at international conferences and published his research in refereed journals.
