Project SHIFT: Strengthen Higher Education through Innovative Financial Tools
This is a free, public event open to businesses, financial industry practitioners, students and higher education institutions.
Funded by the Erasmus Programme of the European Union, the Strengthen Higher Education through Innovative Financial Tools (SHIFT) project is a consortium of eight partners from four countries: United Kingdom, Belgium, Italy, Poland.
The partnership includes higher education institutions, private sector and non-governmental organisations to capture the various aspects of financial inclusion, access and participation to higher education. It addresses both the governance and funding of higher education for students across the EU.
SHIFT will map and develop an innovative funding model for:
- increased financial resources to enhance HE access and participation
- improved sustainability of public resources for HE
