New papers on small animal consultations

Two papers have been published from a study carried out by one of the CEVM’s first PhD students, Natalie Robinson. The study used direct observation to collected detailed data from first opinion small animal consultations.

The two papers examine the complexity of the consultation and consultation length respectively. Both are open access, so do take a look:
