Event details

AI is changing the way we work. Participants will learn about how it will transform their museum. They will explore the next wave of digital innovation in museums.

Participants will discover how AI will redefine museum operations, curation, engagement, and creativity. AI is at the forefront of technological discussions but what does this mean for museums?

Whether participants are curators, educators, marketers, collections managers, or digital specialists, this event will open up their perspectives on how to harness AI’s potential.

Key topics will revolve around:

  • the impact of AI on museum operations, curation, engagement, and creativity;
  • practical applications and case studies of AI in museums; and
  • strategic approaches to leverage AI benefits while mitigating risks.

Participants can expect the event to be structured in the following format:

  • Interactive sessions will offer an opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from across the sector and get hands-on with the latest AI technologies;
  • Expert insights will convey the most current research and insights on AI’s role in museums — understanding both its opportunities and challenges;
  • Prototyping new experiences will involve developing participants' own digital experience using AI — learning how it can help shape the museums of tomorrow;
  • Skills development will ensure that participants enhance their expertise in a supportive atmosphere with practical, hands-on activities guided by industry experts.
