Oral Presentations
Oral presentations should be ten minutes long with two minutes for questions at the end, we will need to keep strictly to time.
Presentations will be organised into groups with 4-5 presenters in each group and and different groups presenting concurrently in different rooms in each session of the day. A full running schedule with which presenters are in each session and room will be published 1 month before the conference.
Presentation slides should be brought on a flashdrive and handed to IT support in the room fifteen minutes before the start of the session you are presenting in to ensure smooth running of the sessions.
There will be a prize awarded for the best presentation.
Poster Presentations
Posters should be A1 in size in either landscape or portrait orientation.
Posters should be put up on posterboards in the Atrium of the Monica Partridge Buidling on arrival on April 21st (from 2pm), pins for putting up posters will be provided. Posters should remain up on the posterboards until 1pm on April 22nd to give attendees plenty of time to look at them (they can be taken down at the lunch break ready for the end of the conference).
