2005 – 2020: 15 years of CSPS! 

2020 signals the Centre for Spartan and Peloponnesian Studies’ 15-year anniversary and the CSPS is celebrating with a range of academic and outreach/public engagement events.

These include: 

• lectures and research workshops;
• the 5th CSPS International Conference ‘Sparta – East and West’;
• the outreach and public engagement symposium ‘Beyond Thermopylae – The Women of Sparta’;
• book launches;
• public lectures;
• and a series of outreach activities in the UK and Greece!
