One of the most iconic parts of any graduation ceremony is, of course, the cap and gown – a symbolic tradition that signifies the end of this part of your Nottingham journey and the beginning of a new one.

Join us at our ‘gown try-on session’ to get an idea of what size gown and cap you’ll need for your ceremony between 10am and 4pm on Thursday 1 May in the Malone Atrium (opposite the Liberation Hub), in the Portland building.

The university’s official gown suppliers, Ede and Ravenscroft, will be on site to help you select the right size garments for your graduation. We’ll also have members of the graduation team on hand to answer any questions you may have in the run up to your ceremony.
