We will only contact your designated person in an emergency, or if we have serious concerns about your wellbeing. Circumstances and relationships can change over time, and it’s worth regularly considering who is the best contact for you and making sure your UoN NottinghamHub account is up to date.

The university has recently updated its Emergency Contact Protocol. You can find more information on who your emergency contact can be, how we use and store your information, and the circumstances and processes involved in making contact with your nominated person on our Quality Manual web pages.

It is important to familiarise yourself with this protocol and ensure that you have both recorded an emergency contact and that, in the context of the protocol, you are comfortable with them being contacted if we have a serious concern about your wellbeing, or if there is an emergency.
