A university education - David Willetts (Chair of the Resolution Foundation and former Minister of State for Universities and Science)

The Rt Hon. Lord Willetts is an English Conservative Party politician who from 1992 to 2015 was the Member of Parliament for Havant in Hampshire. He was the Minister of State for Universities and Science from 2010 until July 2014 and became a member of the House of Lords in 2015.  He is chairman of the Resolution Foundation, a think-tank that works to improve the living standards of those in Britain on low to middle income.
