Biography
I am an Assistant Professor in Social Science at the School of Education, University of Nottingham, where I contribute to both the MA in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling & Psychotherapy and the Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression Programme.
As a member of the Centre for Research in Human Flourishing, my research interest spans a range of topics related to personal growth, human potential, nature connectedness and the human-nature relationship. I am particularly interested in transdisciplinary collaborations aimed at promoting sustainability leadership education to address the ongoing planetary crisis.
Inspired by Albert Schweitzer's words, "I am life that wants to live, surrounded by life that wants to live," I am committed to fostering initiatives, research, and collaborations that nurture and sustain both the social and ecological systems that support life. My work is dedicated to advancing efforts that promote the flourishing of all living beings and the health of the planet.
