Biography
Jen Holland is an early career researcher and academic with a special interest in human flourishing and The Person-Centred Approach. A practicing Psychotherapist and PhD Scholar, her research focus is on understanding trauma through the Person-Centred lens. Jen is an Assistant Professor of Human Flourishing at The University of Nottingham teaching on the MA Person Centred Experiential Counselling and Psychotherapy Program, committed to a person-centred pedagogy focussing on psychological growth and human development. Co-founder of The Human Flourishing Project, providing psychotherapy to the community of Nottingham city.
