Digital and Marketing do a lot of different things. The below list is just a few of the tasks and projects we are involved in:
- Looking after the University brand and reputation
- Digital engagement programme
- Marketing our schools and courses using a variety of channels both digital and print
- Creating recruitment materials including the Prospectus (undergraduate) and Study Guide (postgraduate)
- Campaigns including Clearing and Adjustment, International Student Recruitment etc
- Research marketing
- Design work for a number of different projects and teams across the University
- Manage the University social media channels and provide guidance on best practice
- Content creation including working with our student ambassadors
- Photography and videography
- Digital advertising including SEO and PPC
- Website development, design and maintenance including advice on best practice and user support
- Email marketing
- User research
- Analysing and reporting campaign and activity performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar and more
