Door 6 – Global Student Recruitment Campaign

 

Student Recruitment Marketing covers undergraduate, postgraduate and international marketing, from promoting the University's open days to developing digital advertising campaigns. Currently, one of our key areas of focus is improving the user experience for potential applicants visiting our online prospectus.

Undergraduate Prospectus 2020

We are currently in the final stages of proofing the 2020 Undergraduate Prospectus (printed version) – take a look at the cover below. The key message is: Discover our world. A world beyond limits.

This ties in with the images breaking out of the keyline box. We have incorporated digitisation through the use of the eye-tracking lines over the eye, and ensured the world imagery is consistent.

We are also beginning to look at the online prospectus switch-over, and work out how we can improve this process from last year.

Other projects

Additionally we are working on a direct mail piece for offer holders, clearing focus groups, post-applicant communications, and UG user journey programmes.

As well as this we are supporting other teams throughout the University to create:

  • banners and materials for HE fairs
  • open day programmes and postcards
  • content plans with the faculties
