Biography
I assess and make decisions for UCAS undergraduate and Initial Teacher Training applications, ensuring decisions are fair and consistent and are processed within the Service Level Agreement. I follow up on enquiries that arise during the assessment of applications and liaise with the Admissions Tutor or with the applicant to resolve these. I am also responsible for updating decisions once qualification results become available.
Main areas of responsibility: Decision making, enquiry resolution, course listings (UCAS), main point of contact for applicants and Faculty/School/Department staff, results checking, Confirmation and Clearing, supporting the wider Student Recruitment team by assisting with open days/offer holder days/UCAS fairs
