Biographical details
From Quito, she married Francisco Antonio de la Peña, son of Rosa Zárate. He was a young colonel in the independence army who was among those killed in the attacks on prisoners on 2 August (1810?). She was persecuted and sentenced to death and died very young, in 1813, leaving a young daughter, Manuela. (Monsalve, 47-48)
