From Bogotá, she married Luis Eduardo Azuola. He was exiled in 1816 to Omoa by the royalists, leaving her alone and impoverished. (Monsalve, 154)

She was awarded a monthly pension of 20 pesos by Bolívar after independence. (Monsalve, 264)

Sister-in-law of Micaela Azuola de Sánchez, and hence the Acevedo family. Related to José Luis de Azuola?
