Biographical details

From Buenos Aires, she was the daughter of Agustina López de Osornio and León Ortiz de Rosas and sister of Juan Manuel Rosas. She married Tristán Nuño Baldez in Buenos Aires. They had an estancia in Sambornombón, la Ensenada. After Rosas fell from power, the estancia was almost ruined and she worked for a living making and selling sweets. (Sosa de Newton, 551)
