Biographical details

She was the wife of Ignacio Carrera, sister-in-law of Damiana de la Carrera, and mother of José Miguel, Juan José, Luis and Javiera Carrera. On 9 March 1796 she wrote from Santiago de Chile, to her sister-in-law, Damiana announcing the engagement of Javiera Carrera and Manuel Lastra. (Vergara Quiroz, 48)
