Biographical details

In 1794 she petitioned the ecclesiastical courts accusing her husband, Juan Truxillo, of adultery with one of their slaves and of abuse. Both were reprimanded by the ecclesiastic authorities and a reconciliation was advised. (Díaz, 85-86, 92)
