Biographical details

She was shot in Garagoa, Colombia, in 1817 for her part in the independence struggles.

She was an auxiliary in the Almeydas war. She was executed on 9 December 1817. Her name is commemorated in Garagoa. (Díaz y Díaz, 293)

On 9 November 1817 she was shot because she had obtained food and medicine for the patriots. (P. Forero, 158)
