Biographical details
From Venezuela, she was the daughter of a royalist, and married Henrique de Villalonga. Mujica and Villalonga were members of the Comité Revolucionario; he distributed news, she made rosettes, and composed patriotic songs that were performed at tertulias. Her father was killed in the 1812 earthquake. She continued to work for the independence cause and was executed. The date is not specified, but seems likely to have been 1813. (N.A.,
