Biographical details

A founder member of the Sociedad Académica de Amantes del País (1790). He was then a lawyer in the real Audiencia, Lima. They decided to found Mercurio Peruano de Historia, Literatura y Noticias Públicas. He wrote for El Mercurio Peruano under the pseudonym Chrysippo. (Clément, 10, 134) He wrote the Prospecto for El Mercurio Peruano in 1790. (Medina, 199)

He used the pseudonym Crisipi.
