Biographical details

A lawyer and priest, born in Lima. He contributed to El Mercurio Peruano, 1790 and subscribed to it from 1791-93. He also subscribed to Diario de Lima. He was a member of the Congregación del Oratorio. He was diputado of the first Peruvian Congress. He died in 1833. (Clément, 10, 117)

He used the pseudonym Teagnes.
