Biographical details

From Lima, she was a nun in 1705 and is considered to be the first woman of her era for her culture and knowledge of literature, philosophy and history. She wrote a book, in remarkable hand-writing, that was a compilation of her intellectual diet. Her style was elegant and impeccably clear. The book reveals the true mission of religion.
