Biographical details

He was manager of La Sociedad de Buen Gusto, Buenos Aires, (28 members) that had its first meeting in July 1817. It was founded to perform dramas. He wrote the first play performed by the group - Cornelia Berorqui, the tragic story of a young girl tried by the Inquisition. (Coaster, 58)
