Description: This library is in desperate need of funding. Access can be sporadic. Photocopying is allowed of material post-1960, but is expensive. Photocopies from microfilm are extortionate. There is no facility to make copies of microfilm. Photographs (digital camera, without flash) are permitted with a permit (around £3 per day plus £1.50 per photo). These costs seem arbitrary, as were copies from microfilm.
