She was born in Buenos Aires in 1787, the daughter of French parents. She married Angel Mariano Sánchez from San Juan, on 24 April 1809. She was nominated for the commission of women who formed the Sociedad de Beneficencia. She was an avid reader, among them authors Cervantes, Víctor Hugo, Lamartine and Desborde Valmore. She died in Buenos Aires in September 1852. (Sosa de Newton, 240)
