Born in Buenos Aires in 1773, she was the daughter of Juan Martín de Pueyrredón (French) and Rita O'Dogan (Criollo) and the sister of Juan Martín de Pueyrredón. She married Anselmo Sáenz Valiente on 12 April 1790. On 26 July 1809 she demanded the release of her brother (imprisoned after the failed coup of 1 January 1809). Her passion and beauty helped secure his release. On 25 May 1810 she donated 6 onzas of gold to the patriot troops for the Upper Peru expedition. She died on 14 June 1812 in Buenos Aires.
