From Argentina, she worked with Ana María Taboada in the 1820s. Taboada took the name Ana María del Niño Jesús and oversaw the building of the chapel and convent of Belén in 1823. The hermanas de Belén went around the country begging for alms. (Sosa de Newton, 626)
