Biography:
Born in Mexico City in 1795, daughter of Juan Bautista Nazario Peimbert y Hernández, also a member of the Sociedad. She was the novia of Ignacio Ramírez and later married José Ignacio Espinosa, who was also a member of the Sociedad. She received and distributed correspondence from the insurgents, among them Ignacio Jiménez, Ignacio de la Garza Falcón. In 1809 she hosted tertulias in her home. She was arrested in 1812. She is listed as Señorita Margarita Peimbert a member of the Sociedad de los Guadalupes, Mexico City. (Torre Villar, lxxviii)

The daughter of Juan Nazario Peimbert, she was arrested in June 1812, accused of working with the insurgents. Her fiancé was killed in battle, but she later married José Ignacio Espinosa. (Miquel i Vergés, 456)
