Biography:
She was widowed and living in Quito in 1819. She wrote to her friend Miguel de Eyzaguirre in Peru telling him of her financial difficulties. On not receiving a reply, she wrote again to tell him that she had sold her furniture. (Vergara Quiroz, 97-103)
