Biography:
The mother of Andrés Bello, on 23 November 1823 she wrote to Bello from Caracas. Andrés Bello had been in London since 1810 and she writes of her desire to see him and his three children from his marriage to Ana Bowlen. (Vergara Quiroz, 143-144)
