She was the daughter of Francisco Gutiérrez and Jacinta Ojeda. She married Miguel Tollo. In 1810 she pledged a monthly donation of 10 pesos fuertes to the Upper Peru expedition for its duration. This appeared in the Gaceta de Buenos Aires. (Carranza, 56-57)
