The daughter of Fulgencio Rosales, she was imprisoned in the Hacienda del Maguey in October 1814 along with her cousin José. They were taken to Mexico City and held in the Calabozos de la Inquisición from where she escaped. She died in San Gregorio trying to save the 1810 flags. (Miquel i Vergés, 515)
