Text: Igualmente se deben poner escuelas gratuitas para las niñas, donde se les enseñará la doctrina cristiana, a leer, escribir, coser, bordar etc., y principalmente inspirarlas amor al trabajo, para separarlas de la ociosidad, tan perjudicial, o más en la mujeres que en los hombres.
