Description

NAV09 - Positioning & Location: Now and into the Future. Looking beyond the Horizon, will take place in the Sir Colin Campbell Building at the University of Nottingham on 12th November 2009.

This one-day conference, jointly organised with the Royal Institute of Navigation, will be looking at the changing landscape of positioning and navigation systems over the next 20 years. The growth and increasing ubiquity of satellite navigation systems will be complemented by a range of new technologies which will together revolutionise positioning, location and navigation. The conference will be addressed by internationally leading experts from a variety of backgrounds directly involved in this changing environment. A copy of the flyer for this Conference is available to downloadhere.

There will be exhibition opportunities available to companies and organisations on the ground floor of the building, adjacent to the registration desk, as well as more limited exhibition space available to local SMEs, on a first come first served basis, in the room where delegates will be taking all their refreshment breaks, including lunch. Sponsorship opportunities ranging from delegate folders to Conference Proceedings on CD/DVD are also available.
