Learn about the third call for proposals for GNSS research under the EU's 7th Framework Programme (FP7) at the Growing Galileo Information Day on 22 September in Brussels.

Growing GALILEO 2010 will help interested researchers and companies hone their applications for satellite navigation projects under FP7. A total of €38 million is available through the third call, which will be published at the end of July 2010.

Growing Galileo 2010 provides participants with an opportunity to discover first hand the funding opportunities available under the FP7 and the specific focus of the 3rd call for proposals.SA

“Don't miss this opportunity to learn about the projects accepted for funding under previous calls, meet, network and form partnerships with other organisations,” said a spokesperson for the European GNSS Supervisory Authority (GSA).

Participants will see presentations from successful projects that have previously been granted research funding through earlier FP7 calls. They will also receive information on the project evaluation process, guidelines, requirements and recommendations. Some presentations will be made on potential projects.

Registration for Growing GALILEO 2010 will open at the end of July. Watch the GSA website (www.gsa.europa.eu) for the announcement of call, GNSS programme information, market data and detailed information on previous projects. National Contact Points are organising events in several countries.
