Description

SPIRENT Applications Day.

Spirent Communications, the leader in GNSS simulation test solutions will be in attendance at GRACE, Nottingham University’s GNSS Research & Applications Centre of Excellence on Thursday 22nd of April. Spirent engineers will be on hand to discuss and explain the importance of testing in a multi-GNSS environment and how Spirent simulation platforms can help reduce your project timescales, accelerate time to market and reduce costs.

Location:

o Nottingham Geospatial Building - Jubilee Campus

Time:

o Open Session 1: 09:30 – 12:30

o Please join us for a networking Lunch 12:30 – 13:30

o Open Session 2: 13:30 – 16:30

(Tea + Coffee served throughout the day)

Come along and talk to us, see some live demonstrations of how GNSS simulators work, get an overview of the fundamentals of GNSS simulation and testing, plus gain important tips, techniques and insights into more advanced testing approaches:

Spirent Engineers will discuss and explain:

• The issues and challenges typically faced in GNSS research and development environments

• The range of solutions available to resolve these issues and challenges

• The pros and cons of different test tools

• What to consider when designing a test methodology

• How to build up a test case that covers all the aspects that affect receiver performance

If you are involved in or working on any of the following applications, take the opportunity to discuss your issues with one of our engineers, we have over 25 years experience in this field.

• Navigation system testing

• Interference

• GPS with inertial sensors

• Testing using externally generated remote motion

• Hardware-in-the-loop testing

• Real time Kinematic Demonstration (TBC)

• GNSS Production testing

• Railway and Automotive GNSS test solutions

Please register to confirm your attendance.
