Questionnaires are a simple method of getting information from an individual using a structured outline of questions.
Questionnaires can be highly focused or general. Once constructed a questionnaire can be administered by email, post, telephone, or by personal interview.
The process of writing questionnaires is supported by research of best practice but a few key skills can assist the author to write a good design.
