Action Learning enables individuals to develop themselves and their organisations. It is based on the principle that people learn best from what they are doing and that they have an unlimited capacity to learn from experience but a limited capacity to learn from being taught. It is a process of learning and reflection, supported by a small group or ‘set’ of people with the intention of working on real issues and implementing change.
